Miso-grilled horse mackerel

Horse mackerel from New Zealand removed the bones, grilled it after marinating in the sweet sauce based
on red miso.
As it cools down, it becomes very hard to eat.
Using our proprietary and fluffy processing technology however, it can also be eatable soft even if it becomes cold.
